Matthew Forbes- Hunter was born in Essex in 1980  and has lived in East Anglia all his life. Drawing and painting from an early age has taught him to appreciate the world around from many different angles and although a late starter with photography this experience has helped to bridge the gap between the different media.

 

Studying at Norwich School of Art and Design further developed his creative vision through sculpture, painting, drawing and design, the influences of which can be seen in his current works.

 

Whilst still actively painting, photography has become the main focus for his output as he looks to diversify his portfolio.
